Physique Beginner (Level 1)
Physique Beginner (Level 1) class will teach you how to safely and effectively execute PHYSIQUE 57 basic positions to achieve your best (and fastest) results. Learn the necessary terms in our Physiquetionary so there is no confusion or surprises when you enter our signature classes. While the class is paced to focus on form, you’ll still get a great workout!
So whether you’re just starting out or just want to get back to basics, this class will meet your every need.

Physique Beginner (Level 2)
Physique Beginner (Level 2) class focuses on fundamental movements, positions and methodology, with a faster and more energetic pace than our Physique Beginner (Level 1), to provide a deeper understanding of our exercises for a challenging and effective workout. We recommend clients take 10-12 Beginner (Level 2) before advancing to our Signature classes
SEEKING MORE SCULPTING AND TONING?

PHYSIQUE SIGNATURE
Ready to take your strength to the next level? If you have taken 12 or more Beginner classes and are ready to challenge that Physique burn, try out our Signature classes! We take the same positions from our Beginner classes and layer in some extra choreography to up the pace of each set and ensure that your muscles are still reaching their point of overload. We add a few extra positions to make every class unique and full of surprises and to keep your muscles guessing!

Physique Amped-Up
Are you a barre fly? You’re familiar with our technique. Now it’s time to take your workout (and all that hard work) to a whole new level. From cardio-infused sequences to hardcore ab sprints, your endurance and metabolic rate will definitely get a boost with this class. Designed for clients who are familiar with our technique and positions, Amped Up! is a challenging step up from our Physique Beginner and Signature. (Like all of our classes, it’s intense – but totally worth it!)
