  • Slice off what you don’t want hanging with our ‪#DeliSlicer‬ position! This exercise will strengthen and tone all of your seat and hamstrings muscles while also working your obliques. Tips: 1) Keep your shoulders and hips stacked on top of each other. 2) When straightening the top leg, press it up and out behind you on a slight diagonal. 3) Make sure you engage your abdominal muscles so as you push your leg back, you don’t arch your back.
